Text messaging terms

These terms cover text messages between you and Dealer-Less, 5019 Denver St, Tampa, FL 33619 (“Dealer-Less”, “we”, “us”). By agreeing to receive texts from us, you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our text message privacy terms.

What we text you about

Our consultants text you one to one about your inquiry, your appointments (confirmations, reminders and changes) and your vehicle deal. We don’t send marketing or promotional texts.

How you agree

You agree by checking the text message box on our contact form or when you book a consultation, or by telling one of our consultants it’s OK to text you. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your deal. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop receiving messages from that number. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve opted out. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or call 813-453-8188 or email dealerlessfl@gmail.com.

Your privacy

We use the information you give us through text messages only to send you messages and respond to you. That includes sharing it with the phone companies and service providers that deliver the messages, such as Microsoft. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Electronic records

By agreeing to receive texts, you also agree that we can keep an electronic record of that agreement. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.

Delivery

Wireless carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
