Privacy policy

Dealer-Less (“we”, “us”) helps customers buy, sell, finance and refinance vehicles. This policy explains what information we collect through dealerlessfl.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you send a message or book a consultation: your name, email address, phone number, the vehicle you are interested in, and anything you write to us.
• Information about your appointments: the time, who you met with, and notes our consultants keep about the conversation.
• Messages you send to our email address, and our replies.
• Security logs: the IP address of requests to the site, used to prevent abuse and investigate security problems.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Staff who sign in to our portal get a single cookie that keeps them signed in.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and hold the consultations you book, including sending confirmations, reminders and meeting links.
• To provide the service you ask for, such as finding a vehicle, reviewing an offer or contract, or arranging financing.
• To keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run our systems for us: Google (Firebase) stores our data, Vercel hosts this website, and Microsoft 365 handles our email and video meetings. They process information only on our behalf.
• Dealerships, lenders and credit unions, only when you ask us to work with them on your behalf and only what is needed for that transaction.
• When the law requires it, such as a valid legal order.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to text messages, we text you about your inquiry, your appointments and your vehicle deal from our business number. We use your mobile number and messages only to send those texts and respond to you, which includes the phone companies and service providers that deliver them. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. How long we keep it

We delete customer information no later than two years after we last used it to serve you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes are kept as the law requires.

How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only our staff can access customer records, they must sign in with multi-factor authentication, and access is logged.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dealerlessfl@gmail.com or calling 813-453-8188. You can cancel an appointment at any time from your confirmation email.
